Job Description

• Preparing and setting the operational plan and key performance indicators for all activities and projects to be in line with the strategic plan of the Information Technology Department, following up on its implementation, and submitting reports on the achievements periodically to the line manager
• Supervising and following up the preparation and development of policies, procedures and operations of the Infrastructure and Technical Support Department
• Studying and managing developmental plans and improvements to the technical infrastructure to serve the expansion and future needs of the authority
• Effective planning of technical infrastructure and technical support in accordance with international best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems Management or equivalent from an accredited university
