Position: Manager, Human Resources
Chicago, USA
The HR Manager role is a client facing role to the business. The individual in this role will interact directly with internal clients across the organization in the New York office and on the East Coast
Responsibilities:
- Being proactive in addressing employee relations issues in the company with an eye toward building our culture and enhancing manager direct reports across the business
- Direct involvement in the administrative component of every aspect of the HR lifecycle – talent acquisition, on-boarding, rewards, HRIS/systems, benefits, policy implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in Human Resource with proficiency in HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development
- Must provide excellent customer service – be super responsive to the team and the client
