Job Description
The key purpose of this role is to manage the CX Technology solutions vertical in MAF Tech and coordinate with different MAF Business Units stakeholders and serve as the primary interface for the CX Technology Function The role involves acting as a technology enabler and advisors for MAF Business groups and drive the Customer Engagement, Customer Experience improvement strategies and aspirations by driving the group wide CRM implementation programs 

Responsibilities:

1. Manage CX Technology vertical within MAF Technology
2. Drive delivery and execution of MAF CRM Engagement and Experience Platforms initiatives by combining technology skills with business consulting expertise
3. Partner with Business stakeholders in delivering CRM Platforms in an agile and accelerated approach
4. Work with wide range of Cross Functional MAF Technology teams to align project objectives with Group level programs and strategic roadmaps
5. Manage 12 – 15 team members who are Subject Matter Experts, Architects, Techno – Functional consultants

Requirements:

1. Excellent written, oral, instructional, presentation, and interpersonal skills focused on motivation and positive attitude
2. Highly self-motivated, directed, and change oriented
3. Ability to handle confrontation with appropriate grace, professionalism, cordiality, and firmness, and manage/resolve disputes appropriately 
4. Ability to communicate concepts in elegant, concise, eloquent form to management and to cross-functional departments or teams verbally, in writing as appropriate
