Job Description
We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Manager, Customer Support on the SKS/Builder Team 

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for leading one team and supervising outsourcing partners (Consentrix, LGCNS BPO
2. Correspondence with District / Regional Sales team to deal with orders, Returns, Credit hold progress, Expediting shipment request, Order tracking
3. Order Processing Issues care such as EDI problem solving with IT, Back order management with PSI, Demand Planner, PLP (Discount) / Pricing application onto orders, Model Code Change
4. Builder Portal Training of Sales team and customers and Portal master management
5. Ship-to code management in G-ERP and Transpiration management system

Requirements:

1. Bachelors Degree and Minimum of 6 + years of relevant experience is required
2. Intermediate or advanced excel skills
3. Sales operation, and/or  order fulfillment/management experience is a preferred
