Job Description
We are looking for a Manager, Card Issuing to join Talabat at our headquarters in Dubai. The role will be responsible for issuing and managing prepaid cards across our ecosystem in the region, working closely with our global/regional teams and external stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• You will be launching and scaling card-issuing business across talabat countries
• Propose and implement an appropriate go to market strategy for the respective market
• Drive regional initiatives to rollout cards by creating an appealing value proposition for end-users as well as creating value for the business
• Share regular updates on the performance metrics and initiatives with the management as well as with the regional stakeholders
• Streamline communication amongst internal stakeholders (local, regional, global) from various departments (finance, product, engineering, etc) and external partners (banks, schemes, processors) 

Requirements:

• Solution-oriented and with a high sense of ownership
• 7 years experience in the financial services industry with minimum 3 years experience of having directly managed a card issuing business
• Focused knowledge of card issuing both from commercial and operational aspects
