Position: Manager, Bar,Ling Ling
We are looking for a highly motivated Bar Manager that can bring all of this to life. Working with the mixology team to the service colleagues and hostesses, you will be the person that brings all these elements together, to create one the most talked about bar experiences. The bar manager is responsible for the overall operation, ensuring a consistent and outstanding guest experience.

Requirements:

• To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within Hospitality preferably in the Mediterranean, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role.
• The successful candidate will be someone with high energy and a positive approach towards building working relationships and overcoming complex challenges.
• They will be results driven and confident in their ability to change and adapt themselves as well as their team to work towards common goals
