Position: Maintenance Delivery Lead
Petrofac is currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Delivery Lead on a Permanent basis located in Client Office, UK.
- Observe and adhere to the Petrofac/client safety culture (act as a role model for safety behaviour)
- Understand and contribute to the Maintenance Team’s performance against the contract key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage an asset specific or cross-asset campaign maintenance team (onshore and offshore)
- Proactively identify and implement ‘Best Practice’ across the Maintenance Team
- Continually identify and propose improvement initiatives
- Manage the Maintenance Team in order to maximise the effective delivery of Petrofac work scopes as defined in the O&M contract
Requirements:
- Thorough appreciation of maintenance operations within an oil and gas environment
Appreciation of ISSOW system - Extensive knowledge of maintenance management systems (Maximo/SAP)
- Extensive knowledge of maintenance practices / procedures / legislation
