Job Description
The Planner is responsible for analyzing business trends and identifying opportunities to drive retail & net sales to achieve plan and reduce the liability of unproductive inventory.  The Planner supports and works in collaboration with the Outlet team, Shiseido NYO Sales Operations team and respective Brand team Executives to align and action the needs by store in order to meet customer demand

Responsibilities:

• Maintain correct stock balance by door to maximize retail sales, increase net shipments and reduce the liability of unproductive inventory.
• Communicate net shipment plans Director.
• Assist in the development of seasonal/annual stock and sales plans.
• Review and communicate all allocations Director.
• Compile business review information for corporate meetings
• Manage new store opening paperwork, orders, testers, and merchandising units.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and years of experience
• 7+ years of retail planning experience (Buying office or Extensive Head Quarter experience
• Extremely proficient in MS Excel
