Position: Logistics Supervisor, Specialty Fullfilment
Dubai, UAE
As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for a site/s from operations and compliance point of view. You will be working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely launches and operations metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling performance and capacity of Third party logistics partners (3PL) under the roof and under the road.
- Monitor and analyze customer experience and delivery performance
- Maintain and develop KPIs and SLAs with 3PL.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering or Logistics.
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Previous experience in a similar process development role, ideally in fast-paced industrial, logistics or production/manufacturing environment
