Position: Specialist – HR Business Partner
Dubai, UAE
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with the business strategy. The HRBP should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes and act as a change agent and a strategic partner for the business.
Responsibilities:
- Reskilling and upskilling: work closely with the L&D manager to identify training needs and assist the L&D function in aligning training programs with business objectives
- Strategic workforce planning: ensure the company’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost and agility for the future objectives
Requirements:
- Preferable bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Substantial work -related experience in the HR field and experience for 7 or above years in Hospitality or Leisure and Entertainments industry
- Thorough knowledge of UAE Labor Laws and Legislations
