Job Description
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, empathetic, curious, motivated, reliable, and able to work effectively with a diverse team of peers; someone who will help us amplify the positive & inclusive team culture we have been building

Responsibilities:

• Deliver our instructor-led classes and programs (in person or virtual), with a heavy focus on our Onboarding program
• Must be able to facilitate high quality learner-focused programs which have informative content and engaging learning techniques and environment
• Upskill, train, coach, and provide feedback to business presenters to ensure that these colleagues can deliver the same high quality training so that customers receive the appropriate learning outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in relevant field such as business, education, instructional design, or organizational development
• 2+ years’ experience in classroom (in-person and/or virtual) facilitation, with excellent facilitation and communication skills (oral, written, and body language), and interpersonal skills to comfortably and confidently present to large audiences
