Position: Learning & Development Manager
We are looking for a Learning and Talent Development Manager to join our Human Resources team.
Responsibilities:
- Determine and oversee training and development budget/expenditures to ensure that the desired organization performance is achieved efficiently
- Responsible for an effective induction program to support retention of new talent and ensure their smooth transition to DFS culture
- Implement and support division and global recognition programs, such as Star Club and Annual Platinum Awards
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Business, Human Resources Management or related subject
- 5 years’ experience in training and development, preferably with international exposure
