Job Description
We have an opportunity for a Scale E (Manager) role on a supervision team within the UK Large Banks (ULB) division, which includes responsibility for the prudential supervision of two systemically important banks The roleholder will work within a team of supervisors, leading a core part of the team with primary responsibility for Capital, Liquidity, and Recovery & Resolution Planning.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver forward-looking, judgement-based supervision in respect of Capital, Liquidity and Recovery & Resolution Planning.
• Drive the PRA’s analysis of risks to the firm’s financial resources.
• Oversee the firm’s assessment in the annual FPC/PRC stress test.
• Develop and deliver supervisory strategies for Capital, Liquidity and Recovery & Resolution Planning to address the risks identified.
• Engage with stakeholders in the PRA, the wider Bank and other regulators, including presenting recommendations to senior decision makers and committees.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
• Experience of technical aspects of regulation relating to Capital and Liquidity;
• Ability to represent the PRA credibly and professionally in meetings, with both internal and external stakeholders
