Job Description

• Contribute to the practice strategy, develop innovative design processes, standards and methodologies for delivery of projects.
• Contribute to the development of project outcomes and coordinate the team to effectively manage the delivery and resourcing as agreed with the management.
• Leads meetings and take ownership of the deliverable structure and content.
• Reads, qualifies, quantifies and graphic standards applicable to projects and design tasks. Determines the correct source of governance, sustainability standards, construction standards and regulatory guidelines per region.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Landscape Architecture as part of the Main Contractor, PMC or Owner/Developer team.
• Bachelor / Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture / Architecture is essential
