Position: Kitchen Administrative Assistant
As Kitchen Admin Assistant, you will be providing day-to-day support in Kitchen department by judicious use of time and available admin tools and resources, helping to create and maintaining a unique guest experience and upholding resort brand standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Executive Chef – Answering incoming calls;
  • Taking messages and re-directing calls as required – Taking minutes of meetings as required 
  • Assisting kitchen team in daily schedule 
  • Updating employee’s schedule and payroll processing 
  • Assisting in all kitchen admin related

  • Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for: – Bachelor’s degree / higher educationqualification

  • High level of spoken and written English skills
