Job Description
Our newest opportunity is for a Financial Analyst, to join our award-winning team based in Dubai. This is a fast paced, highly progressive career opportunity for a maverick who excels in business economics and analysis. Responsibilities include financial modelling, financial forecasting, internal financial reporting, operational planning and analysis, revenue-producing contract analysis and cost budgeting.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring invoices for professional and reimbursable fees are recorded under proper project numbers.
2. Assisting business divisions with accounts receivable follow up, reporting and analysis.
3. Assisting with direct labour, direct cost and budget variance analysis.
4. Ensuring proper allocation of direct costs to projects.
5. Performing adhoc reporting and analysis and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience working for an investment bank, consulting or accounting firm.
2. Real estate investment experience would be advantageous.
3. CFA 1 or CMA 1 or equivalent mandatory.
4. Advanced Excel modelling and PowerPoint skills.
5. Ability to effectively interact at all levels and throughout the business.
