Position: Junior Receptionist/ Administrator
We are looking for a customer focused, energetic, conscientious professional to join our Front of House team and be an ambassador for our company!
Responsibilities:
Duties will include but not limited to, answering a high volume of incoming calls, general administration, travel arrangements, parking requests, respond to emails promptly, research for company projects and support our staff with their requirements.
Requirements:
The right candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be an effective communicator both verbal and written, work well under pressure, be computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook E-mail) must be a team player and demonstrate a drive for continuous improvement. Exceptional organisation skills, a fast learner, attention to detail and flexibility are a must.
