Job Description

1. Assist the RE in all matters relating to the financial and contractual aspects of the project.

2. Participate, record and assist in the preparation of the minutes of the progress meetings.

3. Provide support to the RERE on all financial and contractual matters throughout the course of the work in the project.

4. Participate in all commercial meetings.

5. Liaise with the RE to ensure prompt submittal and completeness of Contractors monthly payment applications and assist the RERE in finalizing the payment certificates.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or Civil Engineering and 4 years demonstrable experience in Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration on major infrastructure, landscaping and irrigation projects preferably in UAE.

2. Must have a sound knowledge about contractual relationships.

3. Must be fully computer literate and able to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc. and any project specific engineering and construction relevant software.

4. Must be fluent in ARABIC/English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills.

5. Must be available in UAE
