Responsibilities:

• Handling requests in a professional and proficient manner, following defined processes and procedures to ensure requests are serviced consistently;
• Implement the Joiners, Movers, Leavers process efficiently, ensuring staff are able to access their IT and systems immediately when joining the organisation or moving to a new role;
• Liaison with customers, internal business, Technology and external vendors;
• Manage telephone extensions for new joiner ensuring they have the ability from day one to use the Equinox application.

Requirements:

• Possesses a broad understanding of the Bank’s organisational structure.
• Excellent customer services skills.
• Confidence to deal professionally with people at all levels in the organisation.
