Position: Bellboy/Doorman
Dubai, UAE
This position is responsible for greeting and welcoming guests and identifying them by name and Assist guests with luggage and/or valet parking as well as opening the car doors for the guests or obtain transportation such as taxis for the guests
Responsibilities:
- Luggage delivery for the newly arrived guests as and when requested.
- Daily check the condition of caddies and cleaning of caddies and/or monthly maintenance.
- Follow high performance principles in terms of arrival and departure experiences for the guests, as per the LQA standard.
- Inform Line Manager of any suspicious situations, persons, unattended luggage, noise or smell.
- Inform the Duty/ Night Manager or Line Manager of any unexpected VIP arrivals.
