Position: IVECO and ASTRA Supervisor
We are recruiting a IVECO and ASTRA Supervisor to join our exceptional Service Department in Abu Dhabi.In this role, the Service Supervisor, is responsible for increasing productivity by driving operational efficiency with a first class, efficient and transparent, experience.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the repair order goes to the appropriate technician who is best suited
- Ensuring all work is carried out to meet manufacturer benchmarks (fix it right first time)
- Ensuring a safe work environment is regularly maintained
Requirements:
- Outstanding level of accuracy to achieve departmental goals
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated by positive attitude & drive
- Previous experience in a similar role
