Position: IT Manager
Dubai, UAE
We are currently seeking a passionate IT Manager, Reporting to Tencent’s APAC IT Center, this position will be based in Dubai. You will work closely with our Overseas IT, HQ IT, HR, finance and various business teams, this position will play a critical role to support all business across Dubai and other geo-locations
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR, Admin and Operations team to provide the best IT solutions and user experience for Tencent employees, as well as affiliate users
- Provide support, troubleshooting and resolve problems to meet end user ‘s satisfaction, including IT hardware, IT systems, business platforms and applications
- Be the expert and first point of contact for a certain product and area of IT, such as cloud products, business systems, network or infrastructure
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (Management Information Systems), Computer Science, Business (Other) or equivalent
- 5+ years of working experience in providing technical IT system support to ensure smooth and effective delivery of IT services
- Experience with a variety of programming languages such as C, Java or python
- Strong knowledge of ITIL Service Management concepts and experience managing ITIL processes
