Position: Order Taker
As Order Taker, you will join a committed IRD team, driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star’ F&B experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.
Responsibilities:
- Works as per Room Service duty schedule
- Ensures that under no circumstances are the telephones unattended and practices impeccable telephone manners at all times
- Performs cashier duties, as and when required
Requirements:
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality with a welcoming and enthusiastic energy
- A hands-on approach and flexibility with an inspired ‘can-do’ work attitude
- Ability to focus attention on guests’ needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
