Job Description
Directly reporting to the Inventory Control, the Invoicing Officer will issue manual and automatic invoices, credit notes, debit notes, issue documents for shipments and “DOS to DOS” transfers

Responsibilities:

• Issuance of invoices from Stealth both Pick & Pack and cross dock. Guarantee the issuance and management of proforma invoices towards DOS clients, third party and franchise customers
• Issue necessary documents for the transfer of goods from a DOS store to another DOS store
• Issue and manage requests for credit and debit notes
• Performs the issuance of proforma invoices to ship goods with no commercial value to clients and suppliers

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field
• Fluency in spoken & written English is required; Arabic or French/ Italian would be a plus
• Expert in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experienced with AS400 and internet explorer
