Job Description
As an Inventory Operations Analyst, you will manage all daily cash inventory operations for retail customers to include the ordering process with banks.  This role will include investigating and providing resolution to cash inventory differences between customers, banks, and armored transport providers

Responsibilities:

• Forecast cash usage of retail clients; troubleshoot issues and respond to customer inquiries
• Investigate and provide resolution to cash inventory differences between customers, banks and armored transport providers
• Provide in-depth reconciliation analysis with banks/transport providers/customers
• Provide first level analysis of supporting documents/ data; escalate appropriately to senior management as necessary

Requirements:

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must possess business, financial or accounting experience (1 year) or educational background in these subjects
• Prior work experience reconciling (general ledger) accounts, analyzing out-of-balance conditions/data, and explaining variances
