Job Description
To enhance staff  communication and engagement with ADIB group

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building the ADIB employee brand.
• Develop, implement and manage internal communications strategies.
• Promoting staff engagement and alignment with the bank’s business objectives and brand values.
• Ensure the delivery of consistent messages about ADIB’s and keeping staff updated with ADIB’s latest news.
• Establish and manager effective communications programs for all staff through a range of channels.

Requirements:

• Arabic speaker
• Written skills in English and Arabic
• Trained on share points or any other staff engagement tools
• Strategic capabilities
• At least 5-7 years of communications experience.
