Job Description
The Innovation Portfolio role is a digital savvy regional role which requires a dynamic yet structured individual, capable of working on multitude of complex and interdisciplinary projects.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and strengthen Parsons Innovation Culture
- Prepare and provide support related to Innovation & Tech weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Participate and support Business Development activities with regards to Innovation & Technology.
- Implementing – Identifying and connecting innovations with our BD teams.
- Ensuring that innovation ideas expressed on proposals is in-line with Parsons strategic vision and the goals of the individual project
- Prepare Innovation Frameworks, Execution Plans & Case Studies related to Innovation & Technology Pilots
- Support Innovation Capturing / Cataloguing – Innovations from MEA teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering and/or Architecture
- Business Degree or Certification is a bonus
- Minimum 2 years experience in technology or innovations role
