Position: Industrial Autonomous Process Change Consultant
Abu Dhabi, UAE
The Industrial Autonomous Process Change Consultant is a key position in HPS to collaborate in driving growth into an area of increasing interest to our customers. You will use your knowledge of customers, the industry and competition to help customers solidify their desires to operate in a more autonomous or remote fashion
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers identified by the sales team to create a value proposition and business case for remote operations centers and integrated operating centers
- Identify solutions like those related to workforce competency and system monitoring tools that can help your customers operate more autonomously
- Facilitate change management with customers including introducing them to additional consultancies that can support them through organizational change
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar
- 5 + years of experience with control systems and automation
- 5 + years in a Business Development/Sales/Consulting environment
- Understanding and experience of implementing, operating and/or servicing automation solutions in remote locations preferred
