Position: Inclusion & Diversity Manager
Manage and deliver Inclusion & Diversity solutions for people at all levels. The role requires a variety of skills including coaching, subject matter expertise, project management, instructional design, facilitation and analytics. Remaining current with emerging trends, methodologies and technologies is critical for success. The post holder will integrate and collaborate with other DP World Hub teams, HRBPs, Group Sustainability & Impact and other internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Chair/Secretary for the DP World Women’s Council
- Lead & coordinate the MentorHer programme across regions
- Represent DP World in appropriate internal & external forums
Requirements:
- Qualification in HR, Business or equivalent at minimum Bachelor’s level, Masters level is preferable.
- Experience working in a multinational, global business preferred.
- Strong knowledge of best & next practice within Inclusion & Diversity preferred.
