Position: In Room Dining Manager
The In-Room Dining Manager is primarily responsible for planning short and long term and the day –to-day operations of In-Room Dining, which also includes Mini Bar, VIP amenities and hospitalities. He/she must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader
Responsibilities:
- Holding motivating team briefings to set each service up for success
- Training, empowering and inspiring your team to be extraordinary in their service
- Ensuring that all operating standards are met to so that extraordinary service levels are achieved
Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Supervisory or Assistant Manager Role in a luxury environment
- Passion for and understanding of 5 star hospitality and what it takes to deliver it
- Empathetic with good communication skills and gravitas to take control when needed
