Position: HVAC BIM Technician
Our newest opportunity is for a HVAC BIM Technician to join our award-winning team. The position will be for a short term contract for a period of 6 months with a possibility of being extended and is due to commence on August 2022. Potential candidates will be working remotely from their home country. This position is responsible for creating, collating and managing building information models to ensure that information and coordination integrity are in compliance with project deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing HVAC design, sketches, diagrams, schedmatic drawings, working drawings, develop details etc. in Revit.
- Ensuring the correctness, accuracy and complete multi-disciplinary coordination on BIM of the design documentation prepared by the assigned team.
- Documenting BIM models.
Requirements:
- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will ideally include a minimum of 2 years’ work experience partnered with a Diploma in any Engineering discipline and a BIM Certificate from reputable organisation.
- English communication skills will be required at a professional level.
- Preferred candidates will manage the complete multi-disciplinary coordination.
