Job Description
The Human Resources Manager Position directs and works with HR associates and the shared service center to carry out the daily HR activities of the Human Resources Office including payroll, HR administration, performance management, recruitment and onboarding support.  Focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of associates and enable business success; ensures compliance with legislation and Marriott International operating procedures

Responsibilities:

• Supports the HR leadership with creating an EMEA HR service center
• Works with HR partners, COE’s and counterparts to create synergies and harmonize local processes where possible.
• Manages and oversees HR payroll reporting
• Oversee and partner with finance partners on the payroll administration process
• Partner with Zurich and finance partners on the DIFC Workplace Savings Plans (“DEWS”)
• Collaborates closely with EMEA HR counterparts including HR partners and COE’s
