Job Description
We are looking for a full time, Human Resources Administrator/ Recruiting Coordinator to be part of our team in Miami, FL team. The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing the highest recruiting coordination and onsite human resources support to Ingram Micro leaders for our LATAM Advanced Solutions and Export business

Requirements:

1. 2 plus years previous HR and recruitment experienced across a variety of disciplines preferably for software distribution and technology
2. Previous experience working as a HR or Staffing coordinator 
3. Experience using applicant tracking and HRIS systems, preferable Jobvite and WorkDay
4. Motivated toward individual goals and process improvements
5. Sharp analytic and outstanding problem-solving abilities
6. Bachelor’s degree
