Job Description

The Human Resources Specialist will support Sedaru’s associates by providing a wide variety of human resource support activities. The activities may include delivering day-to-day administration, coordination and support of HR policies and programs.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as HR point of contact for all associate inquiries within the Sedaru team.

2. Support HR Leadership in various employee relations issues.  Assist in preparation and development of employee relations-related practices and policies. 

3. Drafting internal forms, offer letters, etc

4. General support to include conducting exit interviews and record data to be analyzed, coordinate unemployment responses, manage parts of the recruiting process, support/manage parts for the onboarding process.

5. Enter necessary employee data in appropriate HR systems in a timely manner.  Create, maintain and ensure compliance of personnel files.  Assist in creating, changing and maintaining job descriptions.  Process invoices.
