Position: HR Services Clerk
To provide personnel support on all employee related documents/ records/ files and ensure timely maintenance, processing, recording and reporting of all personnel information in efficient, accurate and timely manner
- Provide assistance to Corporate HR Team from time to time.
- Maintain and ensure up-to-date personnel records/ files in line with the Co.’s HR policies and procedures and in an easy retrievable manner.
- Maintain and update HR records such as role profiles, classifieds, ET module for HO, personal email IDs, HR transactional dashboard and mobile numbers of employees on Civilsoft.
- High School/ A Level with diploma in secretarial practice.
- 1 – 2 years relevant experience.
