Position: HR Partner
We are looking for an HR Partner for UAE & Egypt to be based either in Dubai or in Cairo. As HR Partner (HRP) you will report to IMEAT HRP Leader and you will represent the HR Function at UAE and Egypt Countries’ leadership teams level and you will be part of the IMEAT HRP team.
Requirements:
- You deliver proactive guidance about managing the talent in the organization,
- you identify and partner with leaders to solve vulnerable spots in the talent pipeline
- develop and discuss strategies for difficult conversations.
