Job Description
The HR Manager – Learning is responsible for linking in and supporting the HR Manager – Talent and Engagement in ensuring that all new colleagues in the business undertake Shangri-La corporate Induction and ensure that an environment is built to support our people achieving both business objectives and their own personal and professional aspirations.

Requirements:

1. We are looking for someone who encompasses our Core Values and beliefs.
2. Experience in a luxury 5* hotel or Restaurant group.
