Position: HR Manager
As a HR Manager at Caterpillar you can develop and influence the people element of the organisation’s overall strategy to enable business success. You will work with all levels of leadership and lead the coordination, development and execution of strategic HR initiatives and projects across the Manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining trusting relationships with sound business acumen to identify and drive high value people initiatives.
• Manage industrial union relationships, leading pay negotiations and managing policy or consultation requirements with appropriate groups
• Draw insights from benchmarking, trends and data to create and implement innovative strategies to improve processes, employee engagement and business results.
