Position: HR Manager
We are now seeking to appoint a seasoned site HR Manager to join our site just south of Edinburgh (EH20 9TB). This is a new position which has come about as a result of significant growth through acquisition and the setup of a new business unit in the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading calendar of wellbeing initiatives at the site alongside network of Wellbeing Champions
  • Supporting Managers in developing and delivering action plans from annual employee engagement survey
  • Working closely with our HR Administrator on any payroll actions or employee changes
  • Collaborating with UK HR colleagues on continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or engineering environment
  • A proven track record of building strong relationships across all levels of a business
  • A continuous improvement mindset
  • Level 3 or above qualification in Human Resource Management
