Job Description
The HR Generalist will cover most of the HR functions including recruitment, training, performance appraisal and any other tasks within the HR Department

Responsibilities:

• Handling end to end recruitment including job posting, sourcing and screening CVs, interview schedule, offer and reference check.
• Assist the HR team in designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science and other related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, assisting with various HR related functions.
• Proven work experience in recruitment cycle and sourcing techniques.
• Experience with training & development
