Position: HR Communications Manager
The HR Communications Manager will be responsible for advising, defining and executing internal communication and engagement programs to support Temenos’ people agenda. This role will be central to shaping the overall communication strategy for our HR function, helping to bring our purpose, vision, and values to life through stories that inspire our people and enhance our company culture and employer brand.
- You will partner with senior stakeholders in HR to develop and implement impactful and engaging communication strategies and campaigns.
- You will develop compelling messages and structured communication plans to inform, engage and motivate employees on a range of HR activities to drive an inclusive culture with opportunities for continuous learning, innovation, collaboration and growth.
- You will develop a deep understanding of Temenos’ key messages and deliver relevant and authentic content that is easy to consume and enables employees to take positive action.
- You should have 5+ years in internal communication, ideally gained in global organizations
- You should have experience developing and executing HR communication strategies which galvanize employee activity and engagement
- You should have experience in supporting EVP
- You should have ability to develop strong and engaging content across internal and external communications channels
