Position: Hotel Administrator
We are currently seeking an experienced Hotel Administration to join our team. Handle all enquires that are directed to the administration department. Be responsible for accounts receivables; process cheques, direct deposits or ensure the follow up by Team Members
- Oversee the reconciling of all general ledger accounts
- Be responsible for the distribution of agent accounts and ensuring outstanding accounts are collected
- Process and delegate accounts payable invoices, ensuring they are sent on a timely basis and as requested to Corporate Office
- Accuracy and time focused people with acute attention to detail
- Someone who takes ownership of their work
- An employee who can work well independently while also being a great addition to any team
