Job Description
To drive the initial integration and future sustainable growth and development of a Homecare health business for the company through an approved governance framework, sound financial management support and guidance and the optimisation of patient administration practices in line with company standards

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage financial governance by ensuring financial compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes and practices
• Develop, implement and manage business integration and development initiatives aimed at financial sustainability and growth of Homecare Health through market analysis and key stakeholder management
• Provide general operational oversight of the business in collaboration with functional supporting departments to ensure quality, safe patient care
• Guide and support the effective and efficient collection, management and optimisation of data to support business and related decision making

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related field 
• At least 3 years’ management experience in a healthcare environment
• Previous homecare experience is highly desirable
