Position: Help Desk Operator, Facilities Management
Dubai, UAE
The Helpdesk Operator will be providing efficient solutions and services to all guests, offering information & support by registering building complaints, building service requests, and safety hazards, via the engineering department’s CAFM system.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all prompt processing of submitted requests, carry out all assigned and task handling, recording and follow up through to completion.
• Advise the Manager and Department on the day-to-day problems or issues and provide detailed analysis and reports. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within facilities management in a similar role and a diploma or degree.
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to find solutions and think positively.
