Responsibilities:

• Responsible for originating and driving international corporate growth across the region for CMB through the provision of sustainable finance solutions to our most sophisticated clients; and to new-to-bank opportunities
• Develop a sound and thoughtful marketing campaign to support growth of the business and the client base in the region, working closely with the Regional Sustainability team
• Partnering with the global team, bring coherence and remove fragmentation in how the CMB Sustainability Target Operating model is implemented across the region

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
• Experience of building high performing teams, capabilities and infrastructure required to deliver targeted customer and business outcomes
• Understanding of HSBC Group structures, values, behaviours, processes and objectives
• Proven track record of flexibility and adaptability in fluid environments of constantly changing priorities, challenging bureaucracy and staying true to the values and strategy of the Group
