Job Description
Strategic Planning:  Works closely with Head of Retail Banking in strategic planning, budget process and strategic business priorities.  Manages Business Banking and NeoBiz P&L end to end
Customer segment, Product and proposition and Agile Tribe

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Business Banking and NeoBiz propositions
2. Defines sales targets as per budgets including cross sell and core targets
3. Manages and allocates proposition budget, including budget proposition channels and sales
4. Defines BB and NeoBiz CVPs, delivery models, and sales campaigns, and aligns with other propositions
5. Defines product continuum, features and bundles based on input from digital channels, pricing rules and level

Requirements:

1. 15+ years of banking and finance experience with superior knowledge customer requirements in SME banking segment
2. Sound credit skills
3. Knowledge of Digital Banking
4. Ability to lead customer segment and product teams keeping focus on customer centricity
5. Strong profit orientation and effective people management skills
