Job Description
We have an amazing opportunity for a Guest Relations position to join our Front Office department. Our Guest Relations service associate will be the first point of contact on many occasions and be the ‘face’ of Shangri-La hotel At The Shard. You will provide efficient & courteous assistance to our guests, and maintain an active presence in the hotel lobby, both on ground floor at level 35 to greet & assist incoming guests. You will personally attend to the needs of our VIP guests and their requests.

Requirements:

1. Relevant experience within a similar environment.
2. Experience in luxury 4 or 5* hotel with at least 150+ rooms.
