Position: Group Reward Manager
Support the design, development, enhancement and implementation of Reward policies, processes and procedures with a view to ensuring fair practices and effective controls across Al Tayer Group’s (ATG) Corporate and Business Units (BUs)

Responsibilities:

• Provide a comprehensive compensation and benefits advisory service to Group and Business Units covering all aspects of the Reward lifecycle.
• Support the development of the strategy for the Reward function, in conjunction with the Group Reward director, ensuring alignment to the objectives and strategy of the organisation.
• Assess the competitive position of the Group compensation and benefits structure by analysing market data, monitoring employee information, identifying leading industry and competitor practices etc. and propose recommendations accordingly.
