Job Description:
The Graphics Specialist develops high-quality designs and visual effects for a variety of media to support Hill’s business developers and construction management teams. This includes creating custom 3D animation projects, motion graphics, proposal materials, interview presentations, interactive media, and multimedia pieces as well as print publications.

Responsibilities:

1. Create, refresh, and maintain industry-specific templates for covers, tabs, resumes, project sheets, proposal text pages, presentations, etc. for both print and digital media
2. Create, refresh, and maintain industry-specific graphic elements such as org charts, matrices, pull-out boxes, etc. 
3. Maintain and refresh image library.
4. Create new brochures, flyers, direct mail pieces, award nomination packages, internal newsletters, artwork, etc. as needed for field offices around the world. 
5. Assist with maintaining brand on SharePoint site. 

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and production, preferably in an architecture or engineering industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree in design or related field preferred, or equivalent experience and training.
3. Expert proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office, as well as AutoDesk Maya, Sketch-up, Google Earth Pro, and other animation and design software.
4. Maya, After Effects, Motion graphics, video streaming, BIM, or SharePoint design, website management and design experience is a plus.
5. Comfortable in both iOS and Windows environments.
