Position: Front Office Manager
An opportunity has arisen for a Front Office Manager to join the Front Office Department in Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort.
- To be responsible for the entire front office operations including front desk, guest relations, concierge, butlers & service one.
- Maintain a high morale and productivity as well as good communication within the Front Office as well as between other departments.
- Develop colleagues, Team Leaders and Managers by delegating tasks and then empower and coach them making sure they achieve the desired results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in a 5 star luxury resort.
- GCC experience is a must
- Fluent in English, additional international languages are a plus.
